About Product
The Brainvire team engaged in multiple brainstorming sessions with the client to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements. They needed a app for their customers who can manage/update their parents’ profiles. It includes the products that they purchased, their billing and payment-related information. The device settings can be configured accurately i.e. Lockbox secret code, Vial of Life location etc.

A functionality to configure the secret lock codes and location of the Vial of Life (medical supplements) was required by the client.
Solution:
Users can modify the secret lock codes through the app’s dashboard and secure the Lockbox from a remote location. They can also designate a specific location for the Vial of Life.
User Account Management with Intelligent Analytics
Enable app users to manage their parents’ profile information and provide caregivers with analytics data.
Solution:
Users can update their parents’ complete medical history through this option, and caregivers can retrieve data like alerts occured, battery status of the devices and emergency contact information.
Live Chat Functionality:
Ensuring a flow of communication between the caregiver and users is crucial when emergency situations arise.
Solution:
Brainvire developers have added a live chat module to the mobile app for two-way communication between users and trained medical emergency personnel (caregiver).
E-commerce Module for Purchasing Add-ons:
An exclusive module was needed that facilitates seamless shopping of the client’s products and devices from the app itself.

The Brainvire team synced the mobile application with the client’s current website that displays all the available add-on products. Users can buy them directly through the app and make the payment through secure payment gateways.
